Can I use current vendors as part of our transition team or do you have a pre-determined vendor list?
In some cases, we work with our client's existing or preferred vendors in a transition effort. In other cases, and during the early stages of planning, our clients have asked us to provide services in a wide spectrum of vendor selection assistance. This includes: vendor identification, vendor evaluation, and vendor selection.
